Dime Time messaging terms
What we send, how to stop it, and what we do with your number
Effective 10 September 2026. This is the current wording; if it changes we say so here.
What the messages are
Dime Time is run by two individuals, Cole and Hayden. We text people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be texted. The messages tell you what is going on with us: news, plans, changes to arrangements, and notice if the number we send from changes.
We do not send advertising over text, and we do not sell, rent or share your number with anyone.
How often
Message frequency varies. In a typical month it is a handful of messages, not one a day.
Cost
Dime Time does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. That is handled automatically and takes effect immediately — you do not have to wait for anyone to read it. Reply START if you later want them back. Reply HELP and we will get back to you.
How we got your number
Either you filled in the sign-up form and ticked the consent box, or you gave us the number directly and we recorded when and how. We keep that record — the date and the exact wording you agreed to — for as long as we hold your number.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
